Well, like many other users in this mine has died as well with no way of getting it repaired or replaced. Just a nice "here's a 40% coupon". As if I would spend another $150 on a piece of junk that cannot last longer than 2 years. Very sad that company the size of Fitbit does not stand by their products longer than a year of very normal wear and tear. I am not saying they should replace it for free but at least for a $50 repair fee or something like that and at least make me feel like I am not being fleeced by the greed of Fitbit. Either way, they lost a customer to Apple.
