I think I’m done with FitBit. I’m on my 4th device. They all either fall apart or they can’t replace the bands. I paid $270 for an Ionic 15 months ago and the face of the device just fell off. Customer service would only provide a minimal discount on a new device.

Mine did the same thing. I was on vacation and would be doing a lot of walking, about 20K or more steps a day. Boarding the plane with absolutely nothing in my hand, felt something dangling and looked at my wrist, my Ionic's face was barely hanging on. I didn't bump my wrist against anything. Very disappointed and basically heartbroken because I couldn't get the step count while in Israel/The Holyland. Not buying another, paid too much for that one.
