Ionic firmware update takes at least 4 hours?

Current FORCED firmware update failed after about 50% and over four hours this morning. Second attempt is now at about 80% and 3-1/2 hours. Can you please tell me why this takes so long? How big is the file????? Do you hate your customers? This is ridiculous.

 

If you are going to FORCE me to install an update so I can still sync, get your people to do a better job with the file. I'd be embarrassed to drop junk like this on my customers.

Nothing you could have added is worth the aggravation of the FORCED firmware update I had to install today. Get your people to do a better job designing these updates to install quickly. It's not like you're dropping a TB of data into the watch. Not happy at all with Fitbit.
