Hi all, can anyone advise please?

Starting yesterday, I had the Fitbit symbol flashing on and off continually until battery went flat. Charged up managed to get back to clock face but not counting steps. Within a few hours battery life has dropped by 70%. Ive followed reset guidance and have flashing Fitbit symbol again and unable to reset? Thanks Emma
