Hello @TerriTr thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Ionic board as this seems more related to the watch itself and not to the app.

Could it be possible for you to provide us more details about this situation? Is the screen flashing or are the lights on the back flashing? Have you restarted your Ionic by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen already?

Having more details will be very helpful for you to check this further. Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

This is also happening to mine.

I woke up yesterday morning and noticed the step count was displaying "undefined".

I then tried to change the clock face but that didn't seem to help as it didn't go any further than the loading screen. It was trying to switch clock faces for so long that I decided to try and reset the fitbit which has left it in a logo on and off state. I cant seem turn it back on or even off. Its just blinking the logo on and off.

Please help.

Thanks

This is what worked for me if anyone else needs it later...

Follow these steps:
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. When the Fit bit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).  When the device vibrates, release all buttons.  Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fit bit logo appears and the device boots.

I then got the data not synced message with a red X. I deleted the Ionic from the app and removed from bluetooth. I the re set it up iin the app and its been working fine now.
