Ionic forgot my run this morning.

I did a 6 mile run this morning.  I checked my Ionic through out the run.  It registered it all just fine, including the summary, when I finished.  About 3 hours later, I noticed that after syncing...my phone didn't see the run.  So, I checked the Ionic.  The ionic showed yesterday's run, and the run the day before that... but not this morning's run.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Is there a solution?

Also, the Ionic shows the 10,500 steps from the run as well.  It KNows i went 'stepping' but conveniently forgot that it was an "run"...and yes, I started the "run" app before beginning the run, and the Ionic gave me constant feedback, running pace, heart rate, total time of the run etc.

I had exactly the same. My ionic recorded my run on the 26th but now there is no record of it.

Ok, so this morning, the run is back visible.  It is on the watch, and it has refreshed to the phone, so I can see it.  However, it was definitely NOT there on either watch or phone for many hours between 11 AM after the run, and 8 PM when I  last checked it.

Pretty strange.

Same thing happened to me just now.

Run of 10,5 km yesterday 6:30 pm was not registered, even though i checked pulse and distance several times underway coz this was a race. Activity still not appears so had to add to strava manually coz i want the km's.

It.s now 10 day after, still hope activity will appear.

This is terrible, missing the chance to analyze and segments results.
