I originally purchased my ionic over a year ago after doing research on which tracker would fit my needs. I choose the ionic because it was supposed to be waterproof, had gps and any o2 sensor. They disabled the 02 sensor. This I could deal with even though I was still irritated. Than the tracker itself would have wildly inaccurate tracking ie: 50k steps in a day. I was like fine whatever. Well I started swimming about a month ago and since than I have lost lap count several times and today for the second time it just froze with the fitbit logo on the screen. All of these things put a hamper on my workout. I am thankful I got the extended warranty. I plan to warranty it out but am very skeptical about buying another fitbit product. Is this a design flaw they even plan to address or should I take my business elsewhere?
