Ionic screen frozen with logo on screen, touch screen not working and battery draining. Can anyone help with this issue please?

Regarding the frozen screen and battery draining issues that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, follow the tips advised in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Ionic.

Thanks for this. Unfortunately, the fitbit will not even switch on properly. I just get the logo then a blank screen or the logo stays on screen. Nothing emse hapoens. It is unusable.
