Arose this morning and my Ionic shows 2,564 steps, 58 active minutes, 1.87 km and 3 hours sleep.

any ideas

Were you wearing it overnight?

Yes, every night since I have had the Ionic (> 6months as use for sleep tracking

How many steps die you have for yesterday?

Saying that toy have 3 hours,  without knowing what the correct sleep time will not give is an idea of what the sleep issue might be or if it is related.
