Ionic gives me a Not Enough Power from this source when I try to Charge it

My Ionic gives me a message that says not enough power from this source to charge.  I have replaced the charger and cable but I get the same message.  If I wiggle the watch sometimes it will connect but it is getting harder and harder to find that sweet spot.15643604857474331064763703548005.jpg

What is the source the cord is plugged into? 

Have you remove the metallic dust that the magnet draws? Cleaned the contacts?

I replaced the charger and the cord as well as cleaning the contacts with an alcohol swab but with no effect.  I would still get the error message saying there was not enough power to charge.  I contacted FITBIT through the chat with a photo of the message.  They agreed to replace my Ionic under warranty. Thanks customer service!
