Ionic glitch/ won't power on

This is the second one in a little over a year. The screen started glitching a few weeks ago. Screen would randomly go black or show doubles of the icons/ images.  Now it won't power on at all. Any suggestions? Looks like I'm not the only one who has experienced these issues.
