Ionic gone dark

My Fitbit Ionic went dark on me yesterday. It was working at the outset of a bike ride and halfway through. When I finished it was off, dark, thought the battery was down. Won’t recharge. The Fitbit is only 6 months old.

Found a fix for my Fitbit Ionic: press and hold the back and bottom buttons, i.e. all 3,  until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
