Ionic got removed as a device from my dashboard and defaults to a french on the device

For some reason since yesterday my device got removed from the dashboard.Also now I cant make connections to it from my phone, stating some invalid passkey. How do I get my devices synced back?

What type of device are you using to setup the tracker. 

At what step does it fail and what is the exact error message.
