Hey folks, first post in well over a year...
My Ionic is one of the original batches; I purchased it in October of 2017 and up until now it has been pretty much problem free. Two weeks ago I noticed the Red color was suddenly gone from my display making it somewhat problematic to read. This weekend I noticed Green had failed as well, thus making the screen very difficult to read. As of this morning Blue has failed, when I twist my wrist up, I can see the backlighting, but otherwise, the screen is blank.
I've tried resetting the tracker, however, no improvement; this leads me to believe I have a hardware failure.
I've searched this forum and have found a few reports which sound like related problems in other Ionic trackers. Anybody else seeing what I'm seeing?
