Hi Team,
I'm holding fitbit ionic watch recently I done a factory reset settings on watch to cleanup my app and data but unfortunately it's was hang and it's been three my watch was still processing the factory reset , can anyone help me out to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend connecting your watch to the charging cable and trying to pair it back to your Fitbit account: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
