My ionic stopped working overnight and started flashing the logo. Have tried a hard reboot but still flashing.
Been charging for 4 hours.
Advice please?

Thanks. Got on to customer service and they replaced my Fitbit, turns out it had a fatal error. Glad it wasn’t me.
New one arrived today.
