Yesterday my Ionic just started giving me issues. It's got a blank screen and is not syncing with my phone or at my deck top either?? I've turned bluetooth off and on a bunch, still nothing, no emails, no texts, it's not even counting my steps? I did 5 miles at the gym this morning and it shows 0 steps for the day?? I charged it last night hoping maybe that would help, still nothing???
Any help, ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated!!

Mine started giving me issue's just yesterday. My screen is blank but it is still tracking. Not sure what is going on I did all of the stuff support told me to do. Restarted a few times, fully charged, took off the Bluetooth... I hope they make this right! Mine is less than a year old.

My suggestion would be to tap on your picture in the top right of the page and then tap contact fitbit.

Thank you for all the details, I'm sorry to see you've been having trouble with the Ionic showing a blank screen and not syncing.
@KPD-2321, before considering other options, please make sure to try a restart process; if you're able to see anything on the screen, please try to change to a different clock face and check if you continue to experience the same difficulties.
@SunsetRunner., thank you for confirming that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team, you should be getting a reply soon with a resolution for this.
