Ionic display has a 'dead' spot in the screen.... can it be removed or is it a permanent flaw?

In the meantime, you may want to check the Product Manual for more information on how your Ionic's display should be.

ok, so attached are a couple pics that identify where the 'dead' spot on the display is (abt a 1/8 in diam spot lower center)
