Ionic has dead pixels on screen

I think my issue is relatively uncommon, and I have no idea how this could occur. Keen to get feedback from Fitbit support on possible causes? Can provide a great image, will try and add to this post. 

Using Samsung Galaxy 9+ phone.

  1. Confirm that your watch is updated to the latest version: How do I update my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
