This is my second Ionic, the first one suffering battery death shortly after being out of warranty. I've had this one probably 6 to 8 months. The problems with the present device started two weeks first I had screen problems. It wouldn't respond to touch so you couldn't use the exercise monitors or turn the device off. Then the screens started jittering and rolling without being touched. These symptoms went away but now the device soft resets without being touched, sometimes as many as half a dozen times during a 1.5 hour workout and when not blue tooth linked, looses time at probably 15 minutes every 4 hours. On top of this, it has become very finicky with regard to syncs. Often I need to unpair and repair. It is simply unreliable. I've tried soft resets myself, turning off and on (when I can get the screen to respond). I have not gone all the way to factory reset yet and don't want to. I am about ready to give up and go apple.

Mine did the same as the updates were applied and fit bit response was well it is out of warranty and we can sell you another watch at a discounted price, but it has a time frame of so many days after opening the link! I don't know, but I think they need an evaluation of product review. If you read on most of the forums the majority of "Fitbit" owners are having the same issues and to them that's $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for them.
