Ionic has orange frame around the clock

My ionic has a reddy orange frame around the clock dace and it doesn't matter which clock face I have. It is always dropping my heart rate to 0 and obviously it is not and it is recording my steps but not my exercise for my weekly goals. Can some one help it is only maybe 2 years old. Thanks Julie
