Ionic has stopped recording sleep and syncing to order

Hi All,

Received my Ionic on the 22nd April 2019 as a birthday present so far l have had absolutely no issues until the last few days, it seems it has suddenly stopped picking up my sleep l am also unable to sync it without completely removing the device and re-adding it.

I have force stopped the FitBit App, completely removed and reinstalled the FitBit app, reset the Ionic a number of times and also tightened the strap to see if that was the issue, still no joy! Any ideas anyone?Smiley Sad

I appreciate the troubleshooting you've followed in order to get your Ionic syncing with your account again. In this case, I would like you to confirm you've tried performing this syncing troubleshooting and confirm you have the latest app version
