Last few weeks have been a lot of trouble with the Ionic which is 18 months old. It started with no display until you give it a tap. Also no step count and no heart rate. A reset helped for a few days. But same problem has started. The step counter does not progress and heart rate shows- - _. Have changed
the Clock face , done a factory reset . Nothing has helped.
Trying to buy a new one and seeing the reviews on Amazon - lot of complaints about fitbits not working a few days after purchase. Is there a problem with the Firmware ?
No confidence in the brand anymore. ( this is my 3rd Fitbit and now very disappointed with the iconic).

I am having the same issue. My steps aren’t updating and my heart monitor isn’t showing up on any of the watch faces. Steps are showing on the Fitbit but not in the challenge I am in.
