Ionic has stopped working,it just shows battery 0%. Nothing else will come on when buttons are press

Ionic stopped working, screen shows battery 0%. Nothing else can be done with it.

No help but I want to follow this as my Ionic did the exact same thing today as well.  Put it on the charger last night with about 30%, woke up this am to 0% and absolutely will not charge.
