I have had this ionic since my blaze died and it has been the bane of my fitness life. It always failed to keep my steps up to date, generally glitched for a day or two at a time and now after complaining about the firmware update I decided to start it from scratch and do a full factory reset.
now it won’t switch back on at all. It has been fully charged, but now will not respond to anything. Dead. Blank. Screen.
any fixes for this or should I give up on Fitbit forever because I am beyond over it.

@EveEverard A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since your Ionic isn't responding to anything and it's fully charged then I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations we may take a bit longer to get back to you.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions!
