Ionic having a tanty

My ionic has just started vibrating and flashing the Fitbit logo. I have been reading around (and have had enough Fitbit devices) to realise it is probably dead. I only received this watch maybe a month ago as a replacement. I have contacted Fitbit for their ‘advice’.

But my question is how do I turn it off? Can I do it on the app? Or do I just have to wait until it runs out of battery?

thanks

@AmandaLala Sorry I cant help, but just wanted to give you kudos for using the word tanty!   You put a smile on my face if nothing else...

Good luck with your Ionic issue....
