Ionic heart monitor and motion sensors not working.

Starting 2 days ago my Fitbit Ionic stopped registering any heart rate and motion. Screen doesn't wake when I turn my wrist and is not registering any steps. The clock works perfectly, but that is about it.

I have tried restarting the watch multiple times and even just completed a factory reset, but to no avail. 

I've had the watch for about 1.5 years and would be surprised if it is already on the fritz, so I'm hoping that this is a software issue that is currently being worked on.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

OMG the same thing happened to me!  Mine will be 2 years old on Christmas this year!   The HR monitor was not working right after the new Apple update but I reset and all was fine.  Yesterday I noticed the little lights were not on,  I did all the resets of bot the watch and the HR setting, factory reset, disconnected and re-synced last night and then again this am.  THEN chatted with customer service which was basically no help.  They gave me a 25% off coupon but I just don't understand why a $250 watch would last less than 2 years!  I love my fitbit but am seriously considering an Apple Watch next time!

Mine stopped recording data on the 16th. I have had it maybe 6 months
