Ionic heart rate & iMessages

My ionic is registering a heart rate when it’s not been worn for several hours. I’ve reset it & synced it several times. 

I’m also not getting iMessage notifications either but my iPhone is on the latest update and so is my Fitbit app and I’ve turned messages on and off on the app.

@Choerolfe Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to confirm you've restarted your Ionic and continue checking if you get heart rate when you're not wearing your watch. 

 

Regarding notifications not working, please try force quitting the app, reset Bluetooth, refresh notifications and set them up. Find the instructions here.
