I was just checking out the Ionic Coach app on my watch. When i launch any Fitbit coach program from my Ionic, and i am just sitting down on the couch doing nothing, my heart rate automatically jumps from resting 63bpm to 114 while the exercise is running. how is this possible.or is this just a demo?

@PhilK2323 How is it possible? Fitbit could be using data on servers to predict HR, and then use predictive HR on Ionic to make the tracker appear more accurate. Some bloggers, and community members, have noted that Blaze/Ionic will display wrong HR during workout and then a different HR after it’s synced and uploaded to Fitbit servers. Some of that is hinted at in the “What is PurePulse section of this Fitbit help article.
That’s how it’s possible. I don’t know for sure.
