Ionic heart rate monitor stopped working

Hi.

My heart rate monitor stopped working.  I've tried EVERYTHING suggested here: turn it off, turn it on, reboot, re calibrate, wipe it, start it again, clean it, etc.  

Right now all I have is a very expensive alarm and timer.  If I can't get this fixed, I'm moving onto another brand.  It's really quite ridiculous.

Any luck on it...my ionic is having trouble as its red LED remain on instead of green blinking!

No luck for me. The green light is blinking rapidly but no pulse is indicated on the clock face.
