When charging my ionic I have a hard time finding the battery percentage.so I can test to make sure it's charging

 

Afyer the charge today o noticed no heart rate at all when at  gym I read article and shut  it down 

now I have heart rate but calories are going backwards

A warm welcome to the Community @Astrobonnie! Thanks for the details that you mentioned. When you put it into the charging cable, it will show you the battery percentage. Once, it's already charging it will show only the battery filling up to let you know once it's fully charged. 

 

Regarding your heart rate not showing, please try confirm that you've tried the tips mentioned on this article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
