Ionic heart rate not working and sleep not working

Today during my workout I noticed that my ionic was not registering my heart rate at all. After I checked and it shows that at some point last night it stopped registering and it did not track my sleep at all last night either. I did a bunch of trouble shooting and restarted my phone and the ionic and it's still not working.
