My Ionic heart rate tracker is not working. I have checked the setting in the watch, restarted the machine and even did a factory reset but still heart rate tracker is not working. No green light is seen, the Ionic device is just over an year old. Other tracking functions are working properly. Any suggestions what can be done next?
