Ionic heart rate sensors won't turn on

The green lights are not turning on anymore. I've done a shut down, turned off and on in the settings, restarted then reenabled. Watch charges fine, all other options seem to be working but just not the hr sensor.

 

Please advise.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.

tried those, I went out for a hike the other day, it did not track the steps, it did not track the gps nor the heart rate. I did the reset found here (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm?Highlight=factory%20reset%20ionic) still did not work. I did a factory reset and now it will not turn on. 

 

its now just a paperwight.

Your effort and patience trying some troubleshooting steps are appreciated, I'm sorry to know that now your Ionic won't turn on. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
