Ionic heart rate tracking not working

Tried to check my resting HR, but app says no measurements.tried to take a look if green LEDs are working.. observed a traingular placed LEDs (.:)  Tried to restart device , no change in LED status.. closely observed to see only the single one out of the three is flashing, that too very low. Is my iinic dead

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Then, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps and let me know if you still receive the No measurements message:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
