Ionic heartrate/steps failure after firmware update?

hi !

Yesterday my clock died, no battery.

Today i charged it and after that there was " clock error" showing on the screen.

Downloaded the new firmware and the clock seemed to be working again. but now i have these problems.

Laying on my couch i have 114-130 bpm. it should be probably 50-70.

And it seemse like the stepscounter now reacts to time ? every second i get 1-2 steps more. even if im not wearing the watch the steps just go up every second.

have tried restaring my watch multiple times..

Best regards

Jens

Yesterday evening i also tried restore to factory default 2-3 times and then made a new upgrade to os 2.  now its restarting every minute more or less and i cant get back to old OS so the watch is useless for now.

its restarting , the hearrate isnt reading and the stepcounter just goes bananas..

Any tip ?
