My ionic says I've hit all my hourly steps so far but one of the hours is not syncing to the app

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

I followed those steps but the hourly steps for that day is still skipped.
I use to have it happen fairly often to my charge 2 if I didn't sync it before charging. Since then I've pretty much always made sure it was synced before charging. Not sure what happened here. This is the first time it's happened with the Ionic.
