Since the recen update, my Ionic is a useless item. It changed the clock face, deducted straps I had done that day! I’ve stopped wearing iit since I walked 3 miles and it registered 116 steps for the full day! None of the information is proves is accurate. I have had many fit bits now, but so disappointed in this.
I have emailed Fitbit, via the app ( forums weren’t Woking. Not received and acknowledgment let alone a reply. Considering changing brand
