I got a new phone recently, Sony Xperia XA2, and cannot sync my Fitbit Ionic to it. My previous Xperia XA had no problem with this. It always gets to the 'Found it' part and sometimes asks for the 4 digit code on the phone but never gets any further. I know the XA2 is not listed as compatible with ionic but can this be rectified?

@GySgt_SeidellThanks for the list.. Unfortunately the newest phone on that list is February 2016..
But in saying that.... I have had no trouble for the last 2 years with my Sony Xperia XP, on that list, and I now have a Sony XA2 which syncs my Ionic..
I haven't cut over yet because I have some issues with my Sony XP backup failing on my address book etc..
Ironically I upgraded when we were having the over heating battery issues caused by the Fitbit App.. We didn't know that then, but my Telco and I thought it was a Lithium Ion battery issue. My plan was due to be rolled over which I did.
More importantly both phones work with the Ionic, Surge, Blaze and One..
@Geoff3When setting the Ionic up on the new phone make sure you have the other phone switched off and no other extraneous Bluetooth close by.. I still have the Ionic syncing to both phones as a test.. For when I cut over completely to the XA2..
