My ionic is dead 2 days ago on the 5th of July....after a long chat with the support team, it seems that they don't want to do anything and they just filed a complaint to their superiors!!!
they're telling me that since I've been using it for 16 months...so it's out of warranty.
i can see that many people faced the same issue on the 5th of July!
did anyone reach a solution with Fitbit???

Last night on the 6th mine was at roughly 15% and just went black. I plugged it in to the charger and it said 0%. Left it charge last night and woke up this morning and it was warm to the touch and will not turn on at all. I am not happy with my Ionic, this is the second one with the first being replaced under warranty.
