Hello there, i hve been use ionic regularly since last month , but this 2-3 days while i using together with airpod  after 30 minute the ionic is automatically shutting down and restart by its own. I have to start again the exercise program . Any idea what is the problem?

Hi @Fizan. Welcome! It's nice to see a new face around.

 

 Thanks for letting me know about your Ionic rebooting by itself during your runs. I understand how you're feeling as your exercise isn't allowing you to record your exercise, and I've checked with our Support team and apparently you already created a case with them. Since they've provided you with assistance via email, I'd recommend to reply back to their email to receive more details about your case.
