Ionic is buzzing at midnight on Saturdays

My ionic will buzz at midnight on Saturday nights.   It doesn’t buzz every Saturday, or I’m lucky enough to sleep through some, but it’s annoying.   It wakes me up and I don’t know why it’s buzz buzzing.   The screen doesn’t show anything. Does this happen to anyone else?

Is there an Alarm set somewhere? Watch, Phone, Alexa etc.

Does the watch face have anything special builtin - try changing to a Fitbit face on Saturday night to iron the face out as a source.
