My ionic won't come on the screen is completely black and I've tried to reset it and nothing comes on my screen. The sensor on the back works and I can see it is updating on the app anyone got any advice?

Try the Restart several times if necessary.  If it still doesn't work, the next thing to try is a Factory Reset returning your Ionic to it's original unboxed condition.  Swipe left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset.
