My ionic is frozen after I finished a workout. The heart rate remains at 123 and the steps are frozen!  I charged my fitbit even though it still had 51% I turned my phone off and on as well as my blue tooth and nothing fixes it!!  Please help!

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is frozen after your workout has been finished. I would like you to try restarting your Ionic and then try tracking another workout.
