Welcome on board @1bigmargs, it's nice to see you here! While reading your post I was wondering if you've changed your clock face? If so, can you try switching to a different one and see if you're still missing your data on the display? If you're not missing any data with the new clock face, I guess that inconvenience might be coming from the current clock face you've set.

On the other hand, if you have not changed your clock face and your data missing was displayed before with that same clock face, please try restarting your Ionic by following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome!

My steps and heart rate stopped working 4-5 days ago.  I followed the steps (complete shutdown), and the problem continues.  I should note that the fitbit (ionic) continues to count and record both my steps and heartrate, and when I go to the "today" screen, all my data is there.  Secondly, I also should report that if i tap on the face/over the Heart rate indicator (which is flashing to my heart beat, but simply says "0"), I get a with the big 0, and a title that says "No zone".

So, this is definitely a display issue.

I tried changing my face.  All the new faces I tried work fine.  The face I had (which I liked--"Smarty") is not now provided as an option any more...huh!

Oh well, so there's my story.  My watch was fine; it appears that my watch face program was not fine/it crashed.

Hey there @nbarnes, thanks for jumping in here! Sorry to hear that your Smarty clock face is not working properly.

For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app so in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.

To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

In the meantime, I'd recommend switching to a different clock face which allows you to see your data as you desire.

Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with.
