Ionic is not charging and has a blank screen

My Ionic stopped working and won't take a charge. How do I get it back online?

I'm in the exact same boat, Friday night was down to 13% battery, charged it it 100 % and went to bed woke up Saturday morning and just have blank screen and tried all the hard reset and still nothing.. I have charged it all day hoping to get it to turn on ..still a blank screen

I'm having the same issue today. My ionic was at 8% I put it on the charger it said it was charging I checked an hr later and now it's black won't turn on and won't charge. It's irritating. I've tried to contact Fitbit but it's like impossible to speak to someone.

Same issue here. Battery depleted, tried everything that is mentioned in the ‘help’ info but still nothing

Thanks for getting back to me. I had this problem once before and I left the watch for a few weeks and it all came back, now it’s gone again.

Mine too! . Charged mine to 100% in the morning and later that night it shut down and now it won’t charge! It says it has 97% on the app but device says 0%  so frustrating

Mine too!! Exact same story!! This is too much of a coincidence.. was there an update that went wrong or something?? Mine is still completely dead!

In the meantime my watch is back but screen always goed into a mode that it’s almost unreadable. Screen options haven’t changed. Also battery goes flat real fast. Have to recherche every day

I appreciate the additional details and recommend confirming that your watch is not in Sleep Mode. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? Please double check your Brightness setting and switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? Regarding the issue with battery drain, if you're using an iOS device, please keep an eye on the 3.43 app update which brings fixes to bugs and improvements. I contacted Fitbit on their chat page and explained my problem and they have offered me a replacement even though my watch is two years old. Great service.

Has anyone received resolution to their ionic that has stopped working and won't charge.  Mine is this way as of yesterday.

I contacted the support centre and after trying several remedies they gave me a new watch.

Hi, 

I’ve been through all the help items that are mentioned but my settings are like that. I just have the standard ionic clock face, notifications are turned off, screen only on when I click the button or touch the screen, and brightness is on auto mode, gps only used when running,... so don’t find any issues there. Issue remains that screen goes into unreadable mode and battery lives up to 1, max 2 days. So I’ll contact support
