This Ionic, which is just 5 months, developed an issue couple of days ago. With full charge in the evening, it is dead/no juice left in the morning. This problem begun without any warnings, all of a sudden. Was working fine before. Is there anything that can be done, or is it warranty issue? Any ideas? Thanks.

It depends @nolimits on whether it’s a hardware or software issue. Have you tried a reset (press and hold the bottom right and left buttons together for approx 10 secs 7ntil the screen blanks). It may be you’ve a watch face issue - which one are you using? Hopefully the rest will help.

OK. First of all thank you for your suggestions. Followed them to the last bit. Restarted several times, changed the face as well. No help. Also, in addition, from full charge down to zero, it takes less than 2 hours. During that time, the Ionic does not count steps or floors. This all started just this Sunday, without any firmware updates or such, and without any prior problems at all. Worked as it supposed to since day 1. I am totally lost as to what happened or what is causing the issues. Any additional ides what else can be done to fix it? Thanks.

Take it back where you purchased it and change it.

Well, before that I would like to make sure that it is not some small issue that can be fixed on my own end. If it is not however, I will definitely deal with customer service.

Any other suggestions? Please?
