Hello i have ionic and i connected it to my iphone 7 i tried everthing from install and re install the app till bluetooth and till iam not recieving any notification on it could u help

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Anass_ps, it's nice to have a new member here! Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience with your notifications, nice way to go!
Please press and hold the back button and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Make sure you can receive notifications from your phone.
Also, please go to your phone settings once again and make sure "Do Not Disturb" is disabled. If your phone is currently running iOS 11 or later, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
PS: The “Show in History” was wrong with mine. I had it turned off and that's why I wasn't getting my text notifications.
If this doesn't work, my best recommendation would be resetting Notifications through the Fitbit app to also reset the connection between the tracker and the phone.
To reset Notifications:

I have tried all of these steps and still I don't get notifications. I am on os 32.12.19 and on iOS 12.1.1. I even tried forgetting the device and pairing it back..still no luck... 😞
