So my Ionic is now 7 months old, got it for Christmas and it's now not registering anything. It has started to lose time and isn't counting steps, registering my calories or my heartbeat. So basically it's not performing at all. To say I'm disappointed is an understatment. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I've tried turning on and off the heart rate tracking. I've shut it down numerous times but still it's not working. Managed to get it back to telling the correct time, but I want more than just a watch.

Have you restarted several times (Im not sure if that is what you mean by turning ib and off)? Give that a go if you havent already. If that doesnt work try a factory reset - settings app on the Ionic and scroll down to about. Let us know how you go.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @fovantmum, hope you're doing great today! Have you checked if the steps that @NellyG shared with you were performed correctly?
Are you getting anything on the screen? I mean, any kind of data? Time? Have you see the Fitbit logo? Also, I was wondering if the green lights on the back flash when the Heart Rate is ON? Did you feel a vibration when performing the restart?
