Ionic is not responding after a factory reset

I had a problem with my Fitbit Ionic for 2 days. Was not reading the heart rate. I have checked in the settings if the function is really turned on. I tried shutdown by device setting also tried shutdown using buttons, unfortunately nothing helped. That's why I set up a device reset and factory reset. I did it step by step as instructed on the Fitbit community website. The devices had 70% battery at the time I was doing this. Now the device is not responding at all. I cannot turn on or charge. No reaction. Please help
